Service Description

In the middle of the rolling countryside, on the edge of the famous Ashdown Forest, these courses are held on Tablehurst farm - an organic and biodynamic farm, practicing techniques that are respectful of biodiversity and the ecosystem, We can not only learn to identify 20-30 edible plants and fungi and get to know some toxic ones to be aware of, but also gather what is bountiful as a group, to be woven into the decadent meal prepared together over fire or charcoal on your return. A really wonderful way to cemment all of your new knowledge from the walk, and connect with people who share your passion.
